Well I candle the eggs yesterday the only one I am absolutely certain has activity in it cuz the one I actually could care less about that's the Bantam egg of course the buff orpington eggs are too dark to look clearly into and the embryo would be too small to clearly see two eggs must have had minor cracks in them well maybe not that minor and stuck to the Turner one broke as I was wrenching it loose the other one a little piece of shell pulled out but nothing came out a membrane was intact so I put it back in

of course the buff orpington eggs are too dark to look clearly into and the embryo would be too small to clearly

Day 7 should clearly show veining...orp eggs are pretty light colored, are you candling in a dark room with a good strong light??

Strong flashlight makes a huge difference in what you can see.

Can you get a picture of one of the eggs while you candle it?

So does a very dark room...I use a windowless lavatory, conveniently located 15' away from incubator, to candle any time of day.

I use a Candler accidentally flashed in eyes few times it's bright enough
