One (?) of my 7+ week old chicks has runny stool.

About 3 days ago I gave my 10 young girls some Romaine lettuce. it seemed that several developed watery stool for about a day which I thought was the lettuce. One (?) of them is still having water stool. First it was the black and white, yesterday it was just black, and today it is more like a mucous. They all "seem" to be okay. They have been inside. Do you have any idea what is causing the stool? Is there something I should give them? (I have also given them some yogurt both yesterday and today which they devoured.) Should I be concerned?

Are you giving them chick grit? Are they doing better? I learned the hard way. Once they start eating greens they need grit
