One of my baby chicks is a bully

I started off with 13 chicks: 9 black sex links and 4 golden comets. One of the golden comets was very small and weak when I got her and another one of the golden comets kept pecking at her. She got weaker and weaker until she stopped eating and died. I separated the mean chick for a day then put her back with the others and she was doing fine. This morning I checked up on them and the mean one had pecked another one of the golden comets. Her beak is bloody and she’s very weak. What should I do to take care of her? What should I do about the mean chick?

Separate out the mean one for a couple of days and then try adding it back. Hopefully being alone for a while will be enough to teach it better manners, or it'll figure out that other chicks aren't so tasty. Worst case scenario (and this would be pretty unusual) if it continues to worsen in behavior despite all efforts made, it could just be a bad apple and I'd consider culling it.

I have 2 day old Barred Rocks and the one has been Horrible to the other since we got home today. Don't know what to do. Out of my 5 chicks, it's just this one BR that attacks the other BR>
