What brahma variety could he be

Those look like Cochin legs. I assume that could be possible with Brahma but the full bell bottoms feathers has always been something I've seen with Cochin pictures online instead of Brahma.

Bell bottoms, as in bell bottom pants from the 70s. I'm sure Brahmas can have that swoop outward but it more seems like a Cochin thing to have thicker feathering. Maybe I'm wrong though as I'm still learning.

Ohh ohwk you mean the ankle feathering, yh they do have them and that's one thing this particular breeder doesn't lack, his brahmas as superb both in feathering and size although his flocks are still project bird's they're colour variety is mixed up
