One of my chickens makes a noise like a duck

Anyone ever have this??? She sounds like a duck or even better a goose. She does it when she is trying to get the other chickens to do what she wants. She is really loud. its so weird.

I have Golden Comet sex-linked hens. No rooster. I have one hen who does the same thing... I think, maybe without a rooster, she's taking over "sheparding of the flock"!
