One of my day olds just arrived with a broken inside toe

We just received our order from MM today, and one of the chicks has an inside toe that is obviously broken and pointing at an angle backwards, about half way up the toe. It is walking and eating/drinking....should I take action?

Call MM and see what they suggest for it. Can't be much to set it and tape to support but, It's gonna hurt
