One of my girls isn't laying yet 24 weeks.

2 of my new 24 week pullets are laying and one does not seem to be laying at all, two of them squat for me and one runs away. Although I got a little squat out of my usual runner today. Do you think she is just taking her time or might there be something wrong with her? They were hatched at the same time, vaccinated and get the same feed. The are enclosed in a good sized run because of By laws and they seem happy.

Mine didn't lay til around 26 weeks, some even later.

Is she by chance an Easter Egger? Some breeds take longer than others to start laying. I had an EE that did not start laying till she was around 30 weeks.

Not an EE, she is a Brown Shaver, which I could be wrong but from what I can tell is possibly a Red Sex link.

Here's hoping she will lay soon because I just love collecting eggs.
