one of my pullets seem to be sick need help?

she is setting down all the time will not go into the run keeps her eyes cloesed like she is asleep and when eyes are open shakes her head like she is not all there with really white runny poo if anyone could help it would be appreciated

Is she of laying age? If so, has she been laying regularly?
Have you checked her for lice/mites?
Is it really hot where you are right now?

she is only 11 weeks but yes very hot 97 here today
