Hi everyone, I have noticed one of my young chickens (nearly 3 months old) has a grey/bluey/greenish spot on her foot that almost looks like bruising (maybe it is?) and her sister's do not, I'm not sure whether or not this is normal as she is still eating, drinking, and behaving normally. I'm hoping someone can tell me if it's normal or looks of concern. Thanks:)

:welcome Chicken bruising does turn green, but it may also be an odd coloration on that foot.
I hope so; so it doesn't look like anything serious do you think? I've heard of scaly leg mites etc. and wanted to rule that out. Fingers crossed it's nothing like that.

What breed is she? A photo of the whole bird?

I agree, it could be bruising, but there's a possibility it could be an odd coloration that would be normal.

If she's acting normal and using the foot, then I would just monitor her.

That is her asleep next to her sister 2 ish weeks ago, they are isa browns. Her feet have grown in size and the discoloration has seemed to grow with it

i think its just coloration. some of my hens have little white spots and blackish spots on their feet in different shades, and they act completely normal.
dont worry 👍
