One of our pullets seems to be having some kind of seizure??

One of our black leghorn pullets had some kind of seizure today, we noticed her siting down and kind of waving her head back and forth and around, We thought maybe she had something stuck in her throat or her crop but when we picked her up she jumped up and tried to run but ended up flailing around for about a minute, we're not quite sure what to do with her at the moment. We're just kind of observing her, shes not walking around much, she's sitting down hunched over with her head pulled right back close to her body, like her shoulders are hunched and het tail is bent down like they get when they have abdominal pain, her wing seem to be kind of droopy every now and then and she's closing her eyes a lot.. Every now and then she kind of crouches and flails her head around. Does anyone have any idea what might be happening? or what we could do to help?

Try doing a search on wry neck on the forum and see if the symptoms sound like what she is experiencing.
