Nest bedding looked pretty fluffy to me before.
Remove most the shavings off the floor for a few days.

Thanks, We've done this too! Hopefully the nest box will just start to look appealing.

Just wanted to post an update, all the girls are now laying in the nest box. We ended up putting pieces of scrap wood in the corners of the coop and she got the picture.

Cardboard did not work as she viewed that as good enough nesting material.
