We got 4 cream legbar day old chicks from TSC 3 1/2 weeks ago.
I know they are autosexing and looked "right"( chipmunk stripe and eye liner.) one chick had a slightly less dark and less continuous stripe but not significantly different
all of a sudden, one looks very different! in the last couple of days, it has grown noticeably bigger and it has a barred pattern which is very different from the other three. it's comb is slightly bigger but not enough for me think rooster.
is this one a different breed or a rooster?

Not a Bielefelder. Male Bielefelders are light in color, no chipmunk pattern and always have a white dot on their heads.
