Here is my coop picture and a couple of the girls as well. I know alot of you DIY folks might think it's lame, but my girls are very happy in it.

very cool. i wanted one too, but it was too expensive for me. so, is the eggloo very cool in person? is this your first coop? how does the clean up seem? give us some user reviews!!

good color choice too!

Thanks.I've been trolling the forum for a while, and have seen some negative feedback about the Eglu by Omlet, have been reluctant to show it, but figured I'm a chicken keeper and this is a chicken forum so what the heck.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the ease of cleaning it...On my next major clean I'll post some photos of the coop in pieces (the orange dome part lifts off). I' had always wanted to keep chickens but thought it would be beyond my reach due to land requirements, time involved,etc....but with the Eglu none of that mattered. Inside there are roosting bars and 1 nest box between the 4 girls. The roosting bars aren't up high, but my girls have become used to roosting lower to the ground.

I like you coop, appears very manageable and doesn't have a large foot print, is it lockable to keep out predators?

Because it's a dome shape, it's larger inside than even I thought (Have you ever been in the new VW Beetle?)
loks small on the outside, but nice and roomy on the inside.

Its really cute I'd love to see the inside, I'm guessing you could just HOSE the whole thing down if it got really dirty!
