i live on a cow farm...so chicken are my side hobby.....i decided i would post some pictures of one of our herds of cow

Nice cows and calves....we've got a cow herd too. I love this time of year when the calves are being born.....as long as everything goes ok!

That is so cool! We live in Sharpsburg, GA, about an hour south of Atlanta and we have cattle farms all around us. Every few months a cow or bull gets out and walks down Highway 54!!

Last week a herd of goats were running down Highway 54. I almost pulled into the guy's driveway - I didn't think he knew they were out - and just as I stopped in front all those goats turned and ran down the driveway! It's like they knew where they lived!

I only hope that IF my goats ever get out, they will stick around.
