The puppy barked, wagging its tail and looking up at her with crystal blue eyes.

A small, white kitten crept into the room.

Yuki turned to the kitten and said while holding out Faith,"Meet you new friend, Fluffy!"

The kitten cautiously padded towards Yuki.
