One sick chick!!

I have an ameracauna about a week old with one "foot" curled. He churps ALOT and doesnt seem to be eating or drinking much. Instead of being energetic like the other 4 this one is very lethargic and has very poor balance. I thought it might be spraddle but not so sure now since its one leg and its positioned to the front not the side. Please any help would be appreciated.
