One of my chickens has one side of her face swollen. There's no discharge by her eyes or nose. I'm suspecting it's a sinus issue. How should I treat her?
You can try to get Tylan powder from a vet, Tylan 50 injectable for cattle at your feed store, or go online and get tylosin powder here and use as the label says: https://www.jedds.com/shop/tylan-soluble-100-g
If you opt to use Tylan 50 injectable, give it orally 1/4 ml per pound of weight 3 times daily for 5 days.
If you see eye bubbles or drainage, clean the eyes with saline twice a day, then apply plain terramycin ointment from the feed store.
