One spoiled and happy Silkie Rooster :)

Hi
I am Mama to 4 boys, 2 dogs and 1 Silkie Cockerel named Poseidon. He is a happy bird and lives inside with us, he thinks he is a dog! On warmer days (We live in Ontario) he likes to play outside all day with our Great Pyranese. What a funny duo.
I recently put in an order for 15 heritage breed birds, due to hatch mid April! Very excited to have a flock and some friends for Poseidon.

It's good Poseidon has a Great Pyrenees as a buddy, other breeds of chicken tend to pick on silkies (or polish) because they look so different. It's also best to do a slow, look but, don't touch integration of new birds with old to prevent bloodshed.
