One thin shelled egg

I have 5 hens, one on "sabatical", so 4 eggs almost daily. One hen, the Australorp I believe, lays very thin shelled eggs compared to
the others (RIR's). If you hold it wrong, it will crack in your hand. All get the same food, same treats. Any guess as to why?
 
The other egg shells are hard, too hard sometimes, IMO. I don't want to make theirs harder with another supplement.
 
can you separate and try calcium? I agree sometimes their shells require a hard whack, I would separate for a few days. Maybe her system is not up to par and will change. Good luck and hit up the illness section for answers.
