Every single egg that I had marked with a question mark has been removed as of last night. I had 3 batches of Silkie eggs shipped from 3 different individuals.
Batch one-started with 6 eggs. They had a bad trip so right away I saw that 3 of them had loose air cells. Incubated all. Tossed the loose air cell ones at one week. Later, tossed one clear. Two Blood rings. Zero eggs left
Batch two- started with 10 eggs. 2 blood rings, 1 clear. 7 eggs a kickin'!
Batch three-started with 12 eggs. 2 blood rings, 1 clear, 1 very early quitter. 8 eggs left happily squirming!
Not counting batch #1, I would have to say that it looks like I could have a very good hatch for being a first timer! Here's hoping for a phenomenal hatching day!
