Possibly angel wing. You can tape the wing in place, that may fix it. Ducks get it often. Usually due to high protein in the diet.
 
From what I know, chickens dont get angel wing. Can you grab your hen and fully extend her wing or does the last joint not extend? If it doesnt, it may have been an old break. If it does extend, then she may just be holding her wing funky. I had a chick that held her wing like your pullet does but she grew out of it.
