Whatcha Making for Supper?

I've heard of that method but haven't tried it yet.
The bottle top is a great idea as a cutter.

So, today is going to be meatloaf. I didn't get around to it yesterday because I wasn't that hungry. I was thirsty more than anything. I probably had half a bottle of Pepsi Zero. Then I had a couple beef sticks and a couple slices of bread instead.
 
BBQ venison ribs, corn and instant potatoes. Wanted to bake some winter squash but didn’t get around to it in time.

Tomorrow or perhaps Saturday I’ll be starting to process a 10pt I shot this morning. That means an all you can eat buffet, cooking as I go. Might be a bit tougher than the previous spike I shot but he’ll make lots of jerky.

The Costco fresh swordfish was to die for. Perfectly prepared on the hibachi, if I do say so myself. :highfive: Only second time I have used it.

The barbecue is too big and intimidates me, but I want to be able to grill some things myself, so I picked this little hibachi up. So far, I love it.
 
Meatloaf au poivre.
Because why not?
