I'll make this again. Even though it was meatless ;)

My too thick sauce. Because I was out of puree or chunks and only had peeled tomatoes.

We had Paul Pruddhome's Fish with Pecan Butter Sauce and Meuniere Sauce. I used cod, since we cannot get redfish here. It turned out just like the picture in his cookbook!! We loved it.
