One year ago today...

....me and my husband went to the local TSC and got these 6 little babies. I had never even touched a chicken before in my life.

Now those little babies look like this.

And to celebrate of course I went and got these 5 babies at the co-op this morning. Gotta love free chick day!

My flocks grown from 6 to 27 in one year....that’s pretty reasonable I say! It’s been a blast.

Yes every special day should be commemorated with chicks in my personal opinion.
