One year on - over the Rainbow bridge.

Well today has been a bit hard for us - so I take comfort in that you all are cellibrating independence day.

One year ago exactly today my poor dear old Murph passed away.
I found it incredibly hard to deal with and I still miss the old boy so very much indeed.
Murphy was my best mate in so many ways. I loved him so much and we did such a great deal of things together.
This is just really an I remember him especially today and will never forget the joy he brought to my life.

Since his death we have introduced a new pup into the home. It took me a great deal of time to bond but we are best friends now!


Here is the new boy Bailey at 10 months. He is shaping up fine and even I think looks a bit like Murphy .

Gee, has it really been a year?

He looks like such a grand sort of dog in those pics - I can see why you miss him so. But it's good to hear that you have bonded to Bailey. Love the new pic of Bailey. My, how he's grown!
