Have you tried googling "chicken saddle, pattern"? My friend got her pattern that way. She said there were a ton of them out there.

Moodene's are so affordable, though, I'm thinking it's about exactly the same cost to get one of hers as to make one. Though, of course, it can be fun to make one specially designed by you for your chickens.
