The way this would normally work is the person that had the before offer (coturnix quail in this case) would have to send you the amount of shipping, just like if their birds had stopped laying. I'm not sure if that is spelled out in the rules on this new one yet though

It used to be that if the offer on the table didn't go within 24 hours, the offerer had to post something new. But I guess that's not getting enforced on this one?
