Only have one want to add more girls

Hello I have one chicken coming to live with us want to add more. Just 2 or 3 how do I do this so black beauty does not get upset??

How old is the Black and how old are the chickens you want to add? What kind of a coop do you have? Do you free range or have a run?

Basically you want to put them where they can see eachother but can't fight for awhile. Then I free range them together. After some time I stick them in the coop together.
