You won't get chicken feed or many other things chickens need at very many pet stores and if you can it will be more pricey.
Feed stores and farm and home type stores like TSC and Orscheln's carry chicken feed, feeders, waterers, etc.. You can also buy equipment online.
I don't recommend buying chick feeders unless you're going to do it often since they soon outgrow them. You can put feed in a bowl for a couple weeks and graduate them directly to an adult feeder.
If they're in a small container, a droplight with a 100 watt bulb is sufficient. If they are in a large space you can use a heat lamp with a brooder dome. Both items are available at big box hardware stores like Lowe's and Home Depot.
