We have a ton of feed soaked in water with extra nutrients added. We let it sit for a day or two and feed them. She loves that stuff. She’s picking at it right now which I’ll take as a good sign. She's probably in a lot of pain. For now, move the water up to where she can reach it without bending down. Don't worry about the bath for a while. Spot/surface clean any feathers if you must, but I'd just leave her alone as much as possible. I wouldn't bathe her if I could avoid it. Nutridrench can help if she tries to stop eating. Raw egg, yogurt, etc. can moisten feed if needed.
Definitely a good sign. If they're eating and drinking, most times they'll make it. Chickens can heal from some pretty extreme things. Good luck to her!!!We have a ton of feed soaked in water with extra nutrients added. We let it sit for a day or two and feed them. She loves that stuff.
