Oohhh... This one will stump ya!

i really dont know about the rooster but the hen behind him in the pictures is stunning...you should by her as well...she looks like an EE and the color is amazing...one of the preatiest ive seen...

That is actually her only hen i believe... and she told me that she is pretty torn up right now.
Im going to meet her at 7:30 tonight to pick him up!!!!

I am hopeing his genes are both dominant and resecive... im hopeing his type of comb is dominant though i love it! i will count the toes when he gets here. She told me he is very big.. so does that help with the breed at all?
his feet are white, and his beak is white. i think he might actually be a breed that lays brown eggs.. he has white feathers on ear but his earlobe is red.
I think what he hatches out will probably be pretty cool..

(crosses fingers and hopes for the best!)
I also hope that if he is really big he wont pick on the others and hopefully my banty rooster wont try to challenge him...

I am going to run multiple differnt breeds of hens with him lik:
Porcelain d'uccle bantams
buff orps
RIR
new hampshire reds
black sex links
EEs
silkies
barred rocks
and some mixes..
so they wont be pure of corse but i have a lot of differnt color patterns to choose from!

very interesting ones actually.

I can almost guarantee that your bantam roo will challenge him, what else would a bantam do (Napoleon complexes

)? The coloring first made think of Empordanesa but they have carnation combs, white earlobes and aren't usually big. He sure be lots of fun though and it would be cool to see chick pics of the offspring as they grow.

hint, hint.

Well you can be sure that when his offspring arrive i will take a billion/jillion pictures of them and post em on here! i am also very interested to see the chicks.. i want to know if his white jean is dominant or resecive..? and i want to know if his unusual type of comb is dominant or recesive..?
I am going to go and pick him up in about an hour! yay!

I think it's an Empordanesa and I think that is a Carnation comb.. I am just guessing.. but it fits everything else..

The comb is not a true carnation comb, cause they usually start out as a single.. and then has the "buttercup" kind of "flower"..

They are a descendant of the Penedesenca and I believe they lay brown eggs.. (not him, but the breed)

edited to add.. He does have the white earlobes too...
