My girls are 19 weeks old now, so I am getting excited that we should be expecting eggs soon. I've been checking to see if any of them are maybe an early layer, but nothing yet.

I didn't realize when I got them that light brahmas are slow to mature, so we might be waiting a bit longer for those 2, but my Delaware, Australorp and EE could be any day I would think.

I can't wait!!!

You might have to practice some more waiting, because EEs and Australorps are also slow to mature.

Your Dellie will be the best bet for egg before anybody else.
