that gives me a stomach ache .. I can't imagine .........

... but come August, I'll be rethinking this Texas summer too.

I always think about "you guys" during these long cold winters..

We even had a colder winter .. and I'm not trusting that this is spring ..

It's kind of a shame.. I CAN'T enjoy all the signs of spring .. 'cause I'm waiting for the other foot to drop ..

I noticed the dogwoods blooming yesterday .. my favorite!

The older I get the less I like winter, however, I detest hot weather even more. I've found that the colder it gets the more clothes I put on until I reach a comfortable temperature, and I've never run the risk of arrest for too many. However, with heat there is a limit to how much you can remove and not get arrested. I have experienced heat in the south that you couldn't get any relieve from; where even a birthday suit felt like you were overdressed.

I remember last year it being too hot to stand out and water the garden...
