I hope everyone is doing well. Been very busy lately with gardens, storms and my new job!

We've got snow on the ground again but it's suppose to be in the upper 50 Fs today and tomorrow so it should melt!

While it is still quite cold it is supposed to approach 50 this afternoon and hopefully I can finish pruning the apple trees. With the temperature predicted to be 58 tomorrow I think I just may have to force myself to go fishing. The only downside to fishing is that to pick up my friend, drive to the river, then return home I wind up driving about 200 miles which equates to a $40 gas bill.

Highlander, Thanks for your thoughts and prayers. I really want to see pics from the wedding! DH is of Scottish ancestry and wants a kilt in his family Tartan. I was thinking of sewing one for him if I can find the fabric online.

We didn't get to do much sightseeing unfortunately so I don't have many touristy pics, but here are the kilted ones!

rrrmamma, I would be mightily impressed if you can make a kilt for your DH! It is a dying art due to the amount of material used and the expense involved. It's much cheaper to get a machine to do it in a factory somewhere sadly. I will follow your progress with great interest. Which tartan would you be using?

DH is a true Scotsman, he wouldn't dream of wearing anything underneath. However that was a step too far for DS, he was still getting used to the idea of wearing a skirt!
