If we did that then haggis would definitely be called something else!

I guess I must admit that I might be considered by some to be an offal eater. I like calf liver dredged in seasoned flour, quickly fried with onions, and then simmered slowly in a brown gravy. It's then served with mashed potatoes. We probably fix it about every 5 or 6 weeks. Liversausage is also an enjoyable sandwich meat.

Liverwurst....bleck!

Haggis on the other hand, delicious! I can not remember the canned manufactor but at the Games, they did have some delicious Highland beef!

I bought Granny a digital picture frame for her birthday and since she is visiting my youngest brother this week, David and I decided that today would be a good day to scan pictures and load them into it. She will be home on Sunday, her 85th birthday, and I sure that when she realizes what this gift is she will be completely blown away. I intend to hang it in the sewing room since that is where she spends the majority of her time.

Talk about a trip down memory lane.

Scott my youngest was born on December 6th 1972 and weighed 9lbs 4 ounces and today weighs 210 pounds. Hard to believe that my little boys have become so big. Joe and Dave are both heavier than Scott and it seems as though it wasn't that long ago I carried them everywhere. Now I can barely reach around them.

Well you asked for it. While digging through all those old photos I did find one of me from 1986 that proves I do know how to catch fish even though the last few trips would make one beg to differ.

Since my darlin' daughter wanted pictures and I am in a reminising mood here's another oldie. Me with my grandmother and two of my younger brothers about 1952.
