Opinion Needed in Sexing Month Old LO and BCM

Hello BYC,

After reading a million posts and different forums on raising chicks, I’ve decided it’s silly to not make an account to chat.
I have 5 four-ish week old chicks, and wanted some opinions on what you guys think the sex might be:


Chick #1: Storm (We though this may be a girl due to feathering our quick, but she/he is also 4/5 days older than the rest of the chicks)

Chick #2: Skylar (we honestly have no clue if this is a boy or girl)

Chick #3: Zeldo (previously Zelda. We are now pretty confident this one is a little dude due to the comb and he’s also bigger than everyone else)

Chick #4: Morgan (we are guessing Morgan is a girl, she is the smallest out of the BCM and is also the most docile)

Chick #5: Sonic (we think Sonic is a roo because he/she had the biggest comb from the start)

We know this is probably too soon to tell, but really just looking for opinions from you guys!

Thanks for your reply chickenlittle21! Do you have any idea what sex chick #2 would be? We literally change our minds everyday, and I’ve also read that LO are slow to mature.

More likely female but too young to tell.
