This was my first mammal necropsy, so it was interesting.

Eau de roadkill, they'll call it, and it will never leave your house.

I used to share milk and cookies with my cat while reading in bed at night. (RIP Mandy). She was a really good cat, use to sneak into our bedroom when ex husband would start yelling at me and poo on his bed pillow.

I remember a while back when we dispatched a trapped possum that was a threat to our flock, when we shot it.. a zillion fleas started hopping of it. They were like rats running of a sinking ship. They felt the life stop of their host and it was no longer viable. A can of raid took care of the flea storm. I will never forget that.
