I got another duck!

This time a Buff Orpington hen from a kid who had raised her as part of a 4h project.

She is used to be handled (unlike my other ducks) and I hope she will be a good influence on the other scardy-ducks. She is a LOT louder than the other 3...LOL Hope the neighbors don't mind.

Jack has himself a respectable harem now.

In keeping with the 3's company theme, I will name her Lana.

A Buff orpington is a chicken breed, not a duck breed.

No, believe it or not, there is a duck breed by the same name, Buff Orpington. Confusing, I know.

She is very calm and friendly, too!

Oh what a cute name!!!

So far Lana is chatty and will let me pet her. She had no trouble making friends with the other ducks.
