Oral Thrush

I'm not familiar with yeast or canker that's why I don't know how they looks like pics available on Google are very serious cases . The thing I read about Thrush is like thick white patches . But same thing with canker

But I wanted to know if once canker plaque you Manually pull out will that come back ..so as with yeast .?

Here are some pictures of canker in different birds and can have a white to yellow appearance. Metronidazole is used to treat it at 250 mg orally daily for 5 days.

Canker can be fast growing, and some lesions may need ro be removed to keep from obstructing the airway.

But if he eat RICE it becomes more thick
Only this plaque looking thing sometimes it comes off on it's own then again come back
Could it be food sticking inside his beak since it easily comes off?

What does the inside of the beak look like when you remove the plagues? Irritated or fairly normal?

You're not detecting a bad odor, so I would be hesitant about treating him again with the Metronidazole.

When I remove plaque it's Lil sore red slightly bleed

If it were pox, you would see the dry pox scabs on him, and since he is inside, it probably is not pox.

Since you have treated with fluconazole, that is the atomic bomb of antifungal drugs, so it may not be fungus (thrush.)

Canker smells bad apparently—does he have a bad odor?

It is not a good thing to constantly be treating with strong medicines or antibiotics. But thrush or fungal infection can be a problem if treating with antibiotics. I very seldom use them in my chickens, and especially if I don’t know what I am treating.

If this happens after feeding grapes, I would probably not feed him sweet foods, just his chicken feed.

But canker only happen when they share water with wildbird?

Here no one even see wildbirds
They drink clean water

Here's a good comparison chart of Thrush vs. Canker
(link to source below too).
Since the oral lesions can be wiped away I would lean toward Thrush.
It can be seen when medications are heavily used. Controlling the yeast would be the way to go. You may want to taking a step back from medications and research more natural remedies to see if those would work in your situation.

Yes that white thing comes off if we clean it with swab. In teetee's case he's not on any Antibiotic. He only enjoy high acidic fruits . And I read that sugar basically cause this that's why when I was giving rice or corn his plaque seems so thick .

I read about canker and all sites says it transmitted from wildbirds containment water or feed here bouth of my rooster eat packed feed and clean water so I'm sure it's not canker . He's not having any Ash like scab so no fowl pox too .
His symptoms are similar with thrush white patch , which seems sore and bleed once clean out,

His plaque is reduced after I gave him continue aloe vera juice , ginger garlic without medication . Yesterday I switched to Clotrimzole Mouth Paint I don't know the course time but I'll follow for 5-7 days or 10-15 days

I'm currently applying oral thrush paint. CLOTRIMZOLE 1%
I don't know how often I follow application I start with 2 times
