Ordered chicks want to call hatchery but forgot order # HELP!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered from Welp on 11-9 and I chose ASAP for the shipping. I don't know when they are coming, so I want to call them. Problem is, I forgot the order number!!!!!! Where do I find it? Do they have a special "past orders" section where I can find my order #. Mypetchicken has one. Need HELP. They didn't email me for the ship date yet.

Did you order online? You should have an email copy of the order. Check your junk folder.

If they do theirs like Ideal, I never got an order number when I ordered chicks back in September. I called back to see about adding chicks to my order and asked for my order # but she told me I wouldn't have one until the chicks were sent. They just looked up my order by my name. After I got my order and I had to call about a wrong chick, I still only used my name and they brought up the order.

Agree. They should be able to pull orders by name.
