I ordered some hatching eggs from MPC due to arrive next week for my hen that just went broody.
Crossing my fingers that they will be fertile!!!
I have a quick question though. I've read on here that when eggs are shipped you should let them set for 24 hours before putting them in a bator. Mine are going under a bird, should I still wait 24 hours? I got local eggs a year ago when she went broody and she hatched 9/14...I wanted something special this time and I sure hope that I get at least 1 hen, 3 would be perfect, from the 12 I ordered!
