Ordering Bielefelders From GFF and/or Omega Hills For Genetic Diversity

After much consideration I've finally decided that Bielefelders seem to be the best fit for the traits I am looking for in my chicken flock. I plan to be prepared for my chicks in a few months and have been looking at both hatcheries for my stock. I would like to have at least 2 genetically dissimilar roosters to work with as I want a sustainable flock and would like to breed for my favored traits. I see that Omega has a nice starter flock for an attractive price but it includes only one rooster. I am leaning towards purchasing that starter flock and a few extra chicks from GFF to *hopefully* add that diversity I'm looking for but wonder if that would be enough. I know Omega's stock comes from GFF and that GFF imported more stock to diversify their flock in 2013. I think Omega got their stock before GFF's new imports but am not sure. I am hoping someone at these hatcheries or someone that has ordered Bielefelders from these hatcheries may be able to help me in my decision. Thanks!

So it's been almost 2 months . . . I have Bielefelders fro Greenfire growing like weeds !! ( They came to me as a happy accident)
