I believe you may be referring to Easter eggers as to what you call “mutts” .

I am referring to Easter Eggers, or Americanas. What I was saying is that they can vary in size because they are mixes, and breeders often mix in other variants. I wasn't talking about Ameraucanas. All breeds can vary depending on the breeder of that specific breed. Though I do understand your point, maybe don't be as hostile next time.

I do know that in the past my local store ordered chicks from Townline, but that could have changed.

I was told that my local TSC got their chicks from Townline.

The Hoovers thing on their website is direct (to your home) delivery.
