I agree with the above posters, for 3 chicks I would just post on your state thread in the spring that you are looking for 3 chicks, no doubt someone not too far away will have extras. Also,a lot of feed elevators and places like TSC sell chicks in the spring.

I like all my chicks from MPC. But PLEEZE do yourself a favor. Order delivery when it's warmer out. And maybe get a few more. They are so delicate.

Glad to hear your getting chickens. Here are just a few tips. Go to your local feed store ya know where they sell tack dog-food chicken food wire stuff like that maybe an Agway, Tractor supply and get them their, or check craigs list, that way you can pick them up yourself. Make sure your ready for them before they get their, no stress is good, have food ready and water supply. Good luck.
