Hello everyone! I have recently ordered ducklings off of purely poultry however I have never ordered birds online before, just bought from TSC or local hatcheries. I put my home address for the shipping but i now realize they have to ship to my local post office. Should i change the address to the post office or will it automatically ship there? Thank you guys!! :)

When I have ordered online the box of birds comes to the post office even though my address is on the box. The shipper has my phone number on the box. The post office calls me as soon as they get the birds in. That is usually at 6:30 am. I go to the back door and ring a bell. They bring me the box. In this time of social distancing it is very convenient to pick the birds up at the back door instead of waiting in line at the front desk.

Make sure your shipper has your phone number. If not you can leave your number at the post office a day or so before the birds are due to arrive.

Awesome thank you so much!! I plan on calling the post office tomorrow just to let them know I have live birds coming in and to give me a call when they arrive. Thanks again :love
