ordering eggs to hatch

    I have heard that wrapping hatching eggs in bubble wrap for shipment cuts down on hatch rate is this true i would like to know before i order some.

    well , i just ordered 18 from performance poultry and they came in great shape and its day 4 in the incubator and all of them every single one is growing so.......... i think it works good at least for me [​IMG]

    The ones I have ordered have come in bubble wrap and have done fine.

    Someone told me that it cuts off oxygen to the egg so i thought i would ask.

    I dont know about that but I got shipped eggs in the mail wrapped in bubble wrap from the complet other side of the USA and I have 12 defenate babies 2 that I can see viens and 1 I think I see viens in, I think thats darn good [​IMG]
