Ordering Quail Eggs from Myshire Farm

Thanks for the heads up! I'll look into Myshire for my next hatches as there are no jumbos in my area.

Hatched 84 Jumbo wilds from Myshire about a month and a half ago and hatched 40 something mixed colors from them a couple days ago. They are very good people to do business with.

One thing to note is their jumbos, Italians, and it seems like these mixed colors are a lot more skittish than the jumbos I ordered from Orchard Hill Poultry. Those were the calmest birds I've ever owned. I'm handling these mixed colors every day hoping that they won't turn out like the others.

I'm curious if anyone else birds from Myshire behave the same? If so were you able to get them more used to you?

Most of my birds are from Myshire, but not all. The Falb fee are fairly skittish, but I haven't had any issues with them overall. The only birds I've ever had brain themselves were jumbos, but not from Myshire.

Even the falb fee calmed down as they got older. I'm in and out of their pens a lot, though, so they're used to me. They often come up at feeding time to peck at my feet and don't mind being petted.

Yep. If you follow my aviary thread, the 120 I incubated in March were from Myshire, and so were the 120 I have hatching as we speak. I am in WA State, so shipped a lot farther than @mdees88. I got both of my shipments from them via Ebay. They list both on their own site and on Ebay. Very high hatch rates for me.

I dont guess you did!! Bad birds disappear!!

I have also had great luck with Myshire. It's the only place I will order from. I'm in AL too.
