I agree with playwithfowl, it was a great day.

Thank you to everybody who showed up, and for bringing some great poultry. I learned a lot about quails, chickens, geese, turkeys, guinea, etc. Some great pears as well. YUM!!

I also want to thank Silkiechicken for the raffle prize, and for ZooMummzy for bringing it over! Also so glad that my wife won it!!

Very happy I only came home with 2 chickens and 4 quail! (4 less than last time!!

) I guess bringing my wife with me this time helped!

Looking forward to next year!! See you all in the spring!

My husband and I had a lot of fun and it was GREAT meeting everyone! If anyone got the contact information on the family that brought the baby quail, the adult quail and the three ducks, can you please email me. They forgot two birds they they swapped me for and I would really like to make sure they get them. I left an ad for her on Craigslist too.

and possibly another silkie hen. Fiona is inside now since she did not like being outside at all, lol. It's fine though because I am so attached to the little girl

YES, the goat cheese was WONDERFUL!!! My daughter talked about it all the way home!!

The family with the quail, I remember her name but did not get her contact information. Now a little sad I didn't get a couple of the baby quail from her.

I had a great time at the chicken swap. It was fun to meet other chicken crazy people, and show off my little girls. Thank you Bil for taking two home; I hope you are very happy with them.

I think I can track down the family from Redmond with the quail. I'll pm if I can find them, we chatted a little bit, and I connected them with an ad on craigslist for white park/dexter cross.
