Thank you for the updates...I'm in cheesecake frenzy today but I will get the list updated later tonight or tomorrow! Looking forward to seeing everyone! Oh, I will also have updated information about check in times and set up on the update and hopefully on the website as well.
 
Set-up information: Set-up can begin anytime after 8:30 on Saturday morning. I'm recommending that everyone setting up a table try to be there no later than 10am. It would be nice to have everything ready to go before 11am so the chaos of setting up is minimal. We will have tables reserved near outlets for everyone bringing chicks (thank you Alexis!) and several people have volunteered to show up early to help out. Nutcakes will be there early (my daughter

) selling coffee, donuts and other goodies way before the doors open to the public - we will get them fresh out of the bakery!

Clean-up: Not sure on the clean up crew yet (4Hers?) but we will need to completely clean up the building - trash, sweeping, outside if need be before we can leave for the evening. I know a lot of people will be driving back north and down south, but it would be appreciated if everyone can stay as long as possible to help

Tables: Please bring your own tables (8-10' max please) but I think we will have enough chairs. The rental provides 10 tables that we are using for the welcome table, the raffle items and the businesses will each get one. If we have some leftover, they will be available but I cannot reserve any at this time for individuals. There are a couple people bringing extra tables, please PM them directly if you are in need of one (don't have one, can't haul it to the swap etc.) - Alexis and Tam'ra of Rainbow Vortex. We also get 75 chairs so I think that should be enough, but feel free to bring your own if you'd rather.

Reminder, it is time to start confirming your raffle items with Cloverleaf if you are donating something. If you are choosing to just donate money, that is fine too. We will have stickers for each name tag that will indicate that you have already donated so you won't be bothered again that day

Can you take the silkies off my want list and add some olive eggers who lay dark eggs for my daughters 4-h showing project please. Also she wants 2 polish pullets either silver laced and bearded or buff laced and bearded. She is scouting out the stevenson show too just incase my back wont hold up long enough for the 6hr round trip drive a week after back surgery. We will be in stevenson for sure so if anyone has what im looking for and will be there I would love to get them at that point.

We have a silkie rooster that we named big bird and would make a great pet. We have been lucky so far in that we live in the city limits and the neighbors have not complained about his crowing. There was a post back in a chain that was looking for a silkie and he would fit the requirement of being easy to pick up and handle. He would not do well with other roosters and likes to chase the girls.

We will have a table that will allow us to reduce the flock of glass hens on nests. For those you who have strict orders not to bring any chickens home with you a case can be made that they don't need any extra feed. There are all different colors that can match any decor.
