Looks like this is a timely post to post. Yes, I said post twice.
Here's the info that was updated to the webpage today:
Important Info for Fall Swap Vendors
Oct 22 ~ 11-4
*Please check in at the Greeter table BEFORE setting up!*
Located at the North Entrance of Guerber Hall - look for the red balloons!!
Set Up Information:
Set up can begin anytime after 8:30 on Saturday morning.
If you are setting up a table, please be there no later than 10 a.m. in order to have everything ready by 11 a.m. when the doors open to the public.
If you simply can't be there that early, do not worry, we will not flog you,
unless you are the one bringing cheesecakes.
~Reserved tables will be set up near power outlets for people who are bringing young chicks that need heat. Please DO NOT SET UP on a reserved table unless you have cleared it at the Greeter table first.
~Place cards are available for vendor tables at the Greeter station, and a map for you to list where you will be located in the building in order for people to find you.
~Nametags will also be available, and you will get a sticker on your nametag if you have contributed to either the raffle, or the donation bucket. If you do not have a sticker, you will be harassed until you cough up some change to help pay for the rental. But really, no pressure...
~Vendors with Large items, such as chicken tractors, will set up at the WEST side of Guerber Hall, near the roll up door.
~A VERY IMPORTANT MAP of the Fairgrounds with drop off and parking directions can be found on the GETTING HERE tab.
~Other events at the Fairgrounds on October 22nd, include a Ski Swap and Dog Agility Trials. Remember that sometimes dogs and poultry do not mix well, and since we are all grownups, please play nice with others.
~Anyone caught misbehaving, or forgetting more than once that this is a FAMILY EVENT, will be sent home with as many spare roosters as we can fit into their mode of transportation. We take this very seriously.
JUST FOR VENDORS!!
Nutcakes will be there early selling coffee, donuts and other goodies way before the doors open to the public - we will get them fresh out of the bakery! They will be there all day to serve our customers as well. Make sure to give them a big thank you for all their support.
